Member Benefits

Members of SWFEA have access to personnel resources normally available only to the largest corporations. The principals and their trained staff consultants offer the depth of experience and hands-on knowledge that will make the difference to your human resources program.

  • A Reference Manual is supplied to each member company and is kept up to date with supplements covering human resources legislation and practices. These inserts are invaluable to an employer's human resource staff

  • The Telephone Hot Line is an ongoing member benefit which affords access to human resources consultations at any time. Questions on staff reduction, salary systems, drug testing, benefits administration, even discrimination charges, can be addressed through this user-friendly system.

  • Bulletins and News Memos, part of the Human Resources Manual, are issued to all SWFEA members. Designed to offer up-to-date information on issues such as state and federal legislation highlights, benefits developments, and innovation in policies ad procedures. These bulletins serve as valid resource to management.

  • Informational Meetings, or mini-workshops, are also held on a regular basis. In the form of small round-table discussions, these meetings allow employers to gather together to work through current human resource topics. These meetings are conducted by professional individuals experienced in their field, seating is limited by membership category.

  • Salary Survey

Our Dues and Fees

Annual membership dues for member corporations are based on the organization's number of employees. The programs listed in "Member Benefits" are included in the annual dues.
