The Southwest Florida Employers Association is pleased to present this
Salary and Benefits Survey in conjunction with The Greater Naples Chamber
of Commerce. The survey provides competitive salary data for jobs and
detail information on benefit and compensation practices.
We appreciate the participation of sixty-nine organizations, representing
not only a cross section of major industries but also a variety of sizes
– some with below 5 employees and some well over 1,000. The survey

in this report. To insure confidentiality, we do not list the organizations
