"Creating an Employer of Choice”

Regardless of the state of the economy, recruiting and retaining excellent employees will always be a challenge. Why are some companies able to do a good job at this, and others continuously miss the mark?  The successfulcompanies work to build a culture, build a reputation as “An Employer of Choice” – what that means is that their employees are there because they chose that organization over others – not because it was the only employer who would hire them!  They view the organization as a great place to work. While there is no magic formula to achieve these results, there are some basic lessons that can be applied to almost any work environment.

“Human Resource Issues/Practices”

An excellent, informative program designed for the H.R. individuals who are involved with the over-all human resources function.  It is especially suited for staffs and those individuals desiring a review of the latest in human resources  practices.

“Supervisory Training”

This is a powerful series of workshops designed to equip both the new supervisors and those with several years of experience in the supervisory role with the necessary skills to manage effectively at a time when there is an urgent need to improve hiring decisions and maximize employee retention.

“Update on Employee Benefits – What you Should Know”

A panel discussion on current benefit practices in this area (group insurance, savings plans, paid time off, etc.).  Questions are encouraged so the panel addresses issues of interest to attendees.
